What is she doing??

All day long every day, I am thinking, "ok, what is Khloe doing now??". Is she sleeping, eating, napping, or playing? So, in case you didn't know, China is 12 hours ahead of us. Basically, she is doing the opposite of what we are doing at any given time. We are getting up in the morning, she is going to bed etc. It is odd to think that she is a half day ahead of us. If you are one of the many praying for Khloe, when you get up pray she has a good night's rest. When you go to bed, pray Khloe eats a good breakfast and has a happy day. As days become weeks and weeks become months, pray that as we get closer to the day that we bring that sweet girl home that she will adjust to her new life and family wonderfully. And when we come down to it, Khloe, we are only 12 hours apart but in your forever family's heart you are already right here!

Pre-Approval (PA)!!!!!!!!!!!!

We received our Pre-Approval yesterday!!!!! The next step will be the RA (Referral Acceptance) that will be a big step! Pray that our dossier will be reviewed quickly and the RA will happen as soon as possible. The average wait for the RA is 2 months approximately but could be up to 4 months. So pray, pray, and pray some more!! We want to get this precious one HOME!!!! After the RA, which is like the official approval, we will then be waiting on the TA (travel approval). So this entire process from our electronic acceptance of Khloe to travel could last 6 months or so. But I feel like it will happen sooner, and I am praying it will happen sooner!! The sooner we get that baby home the better! So excited and ecstatic and anxious and overwhelmed!!!! Pray for Khloe!!!!!

Update and Please Pray

We received an email on some updated information for Khloe. She is 10kg = 22lb, she's 29.5 inches in lenth, and she has 18 teeth!! I am so glad I will get to see those teeth come out since I missed them coming in!! They will be cherished by the tooth fairy! On our growth chart she is below the 5th percentile. She will be tiny! On the Chinese Growth Chart she is 50th percentile on weight, 25th % on head circumference, and only 3rd% for height! They think her language development is slow because she is only saying one syllable words occassionally. So I need prayer for some specifics;

Pray she has plenty to eat and milk to drink
Pray that her language develpment will improve and pray they are teaching them some English.
Pray that her vision will not be effected by the eye condition she has.
Pray that the transition from the orphanage to us in a few months will be a smooth one.
Pray she will have no problems learning from us.
Pray we will be able to spend the time we need to with her for as long as we need to.
Pray that God will open doors to allow me to work less so that I can be home more with all 4 of my kids!! Especially through this transition for us and her.
Pray for all other adoptive families you know that are in this process!
 We are so thankful for your prayers it means so much!!
